Convenience Fee Ball Pro charges a convenience fee of 3% for amounts OVER $500.00 per invoice. If your prepayment is made via credit card, please note - the balance of your invoice INCLUDING frieght & handling will be charged on the same credit card once the order has shipped. |

What is your normal production time? Normal production time is 5-10 working days plus shipping time depending on the product. Production time begins when camera-ready art is received, a completed order is submitted, and credit has been established or payment received. Production days exclude weekends and holidays. |

What are your artwork requirements? Ball Pro accepts Black and White camera ready artwork or electronic artwork in the following formats:
All artwork must be vector art - Illustrator editable or Hi Res 600 DPI Photoshop artwork at printed size. (ex: If your printed artwork needs to be 4" X 5", the artwork file should be saved as a 4" X 5" image at 600 DPI) |

How do I order a sample? Currently you can order a sample by downloading the Sample Request form from our website. Once you download the form you can either fill it out and email it as an attachment to samples@ballpro.com or print it out and fax it to 952-938-8949. You can order some of our products online also. Do samples cost anything? If requesting samples by phone, fax or email: Our samples are free up to $10.00 of the total sample order (including shipping). For items or total orders (including shipping) over $10.00, you will be charged the NET EQP price of the item(s). Shipping and handling is not included and will be added to ALL sample orders. You can also give us your shipping account number. If ordering samples thru our website: Currently on our website you can only order 1 sample per item. If the items EQP NET price is less than $10.00, you will only be charged for shipping and handling. If the the EQP NET price is more than $10.00, you will be charged the EQP NET price of the item plus shipping and handling. Or give us your shipping account number. To ensure timely processing of your sample request, please insure your request Includes: - Item / Quantity Desired - Ship-to Address - Desired Shipping Method (especially for overnight shipping) - Billing Information - If you included a UPS account number: - Indication whether the UPS account number given with the request belongs to the recipient or a third party, - (If the account belongs to a third party) the UPS billing address of third-party accounts. |
